- We try to keep our Fees simple and have decided to charge by the duration of the appointment. The appointment time includes a detailed consultation to ensure we are treating you accordingly.
- Please only book a half hour appointment as a follow up if you have been advised to do so.
- If during a treatment, it becomes apparent that the additional time is required, you will be offered the option of whether to complete at the agreed additional fee or keep to the original timescales.Following feedback from clients, our standard appointment length is now 45 minutes, this includes a consultation and treatment.

How do I pay for a sports massage?
As most appointments are booked online, you make payment via card securely online. If we are able to see you as an emergency client and you are not able to pay online, we will take cash or bank transfer.
Will I be offered a deal to buy a package of treatments?
No, we won’t be pushing you to agree and pay for multiple appointments!!! We recommend our clients have their treatment and if they feel they would like a follow up, to book the next appointment online themselves. I really object to the practice of ‘forcing’ clients to block book treatments, it feels pressurised to me.
Are fees plus VAT?
No, the price you see quoted is the price you pay.
